Good news! the deadline for the Expert Witness Survey 2024 has been extended.
You now have until Monday 30 September at 12pm to share your valuable insights.
It’s really important that you complete the survey, as the results provide crucial insights into current trends and issues that directly affect the work of expert witnesses. Over 420 experts have provided their views, and we’d love to have yours too! We would also like to say a big thank you to those who have already completed the survey.
The full survey report will be unveiled at the Expert Witness Conference on Friday 8 November 2024 and will be published in the Law Society Gazette, which co-leads the research. This ensures that your anonymised feedback will be seen by practising solicitors across the profession.

The survey only takes about 10 minutes to complete, with mostly multiple-choice questions and a free text box for additional input.
