A multi-disciplinary practice of over 40 professional staff offering assessment and treatment for the emotional and psychological effects of brain/head injury and of personal injury, as well as general medico-legal issues.

The team includes General Adult and Child Psychiatrists, Neuropsychiatrists, Neuropsychologists, Forensic Psychiatrists and Psychologists, Clinical and Counselling Psychologists and Psychotherapists, each undertaking medico-legal work covering all aspects of insurance claims and criminal work, trauma, brain & personal injury. Also: murder, GBH, ABH, fitness to plead, prison visits, capacity, care and custody cases. Legal Services Commission work undertaken.

The service includes EMDR, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to cover anxiety, depression, pain management, PTSD, phobic anxiety, substance misuse, sexual abuse & relationship problems, occupational stress, psychosomatic illness, chronic fatigue, bereavement & learning disability, disability discrimination, age and sex discrimination work, old age psychiatry and psychology, harassment/bullying, housing and asylum issues etc. Staff have extensive experience in medico-legal work and are able to provide comprehensive reports for compensation claims.
