Mr Tom Slevin

Tom Slevin is a Chartered Accountant who specialises in acting for dentists. He has acted for dentists for over 10 years and has developed a high degree of expertise in this area.

He regularly acts as an Expert Witness and Expert Adviser, preparing reports for the Court under the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35, the Family Procedure Rules Part 25, and the Practice Direction. He is appointed as a Single Joint Expert and is involved in discussions with other Expert Witnesses. 

His work covers loss of profits and earnings of dentists, valuations of dental practices, work relating to the career paths, prospects, training and opportunities of dentists and the effect of life changing incidents on these.

He offers advice to third parties in relation to financial and tax matters relating to dentists. He advises on practice values, career prospects, and practice viability in relation to matrimonial matters.

He is a member of the NASDAL (National Association of Specialist Dental Accountants and Lawyers) and a member of the ICAEW Healthcare Community Advisory group.
