The expert, specialist, multidisciplinary Assessment Team at Symbol Family Support Services provides community and residential assessments of parenting capacity throughout England and Wales. We provide specialist services for: * Parents with a learning disability/difficulty * Parents with autistic spectrum disorders * Teen parents * Lone parents Accelerated assessments are available. The interests of the child/children are paramount in all our assessments and child protection is our highest priority. Our psychology team provides psychological, cognitive and psychometric assessments. Our Assessment Team is highly experienced in providing reports for, and giving evidence to, Family Courts. Residential assessments are carried out at our Ofsted registered family centres in Bristol and Kent.
All Assessment Team members are members of appropriate professional bodies and registered with HPC where appropriate
