I am a senior consultant,with a wide range of experience in medico-legal work including civil and criminal cases.
I am an expert for both the Welsh and Scottish NHS Legal Boards,the MPS and MDU,including full fitness to practise hearings. I currently provide an average of 5 reports per month. I am aware of the requirements of Part 35 of the Practice Direction on Civil Procedure Rules and the protocol for instruction for Experts to give evidence in Civil Claims.
