Dr Isabelle Hung

Dr Isabelle Hung is a Clinical Psychologist based in London. She is currently consultant to staff and family regarding patients with chronic pain and older adult dementia at an In-patient unit.

She has experience in; capacity assessments, complex assessments and individual therapy with a range of mental health and chronic health conditions including COPD, chronic itches, chronic pain (including victims of road traffic accidents and trauma), IBS, body dysmorphic disorder, arrhythmia and health anxiety.

Dr Hung also has experience in individual work with mental health difficulties including; depression, anxiety, OCD, hoarding, psychosis, bereavement, sexual abuse, panic disorder, PTSD, complex personality assessments, cognitive assessment, ADOS autism assessment & memory assessment.

Dr Hung uses therapeutic approaches in: cognitive behavioural therapy, cognitive analytic therapy, accceptance commitment therapy, exposure response, prevention, behavioural, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, systemic, attachment, cognitive remediation therapy, narrative therapy, and metacognitive therapy for psychosis.

Dr Hung regularly works with interpreters and is fluent in English and French and advanced in Spanish.
