Founded in 2007 by Robert Moody, Forensic Data Services stands ready to help with a complex range of technical matters including retrieval of records and acquisition of data that are thought to be lost or damaged. When adversarial claims are made, Forensic Data Services can locate artifacts and find the truth in the data. Mr Moody is certified in the areas of Information Systems Auditing, Technology Security and Computer Forensics.

Questions regarding changes to data: What was changed, when and using what computers, are moved from the realm of recollection and testimony to empirical evidence of what actually occurred. Even signs and proof of who an anonymous e-mailer might be can be determined by Forensic Data Services. Our software and hardware tools allow us to deal with literally hundreds of different media formats and operating systems.

We are experienced in the preparation of expert reports and the discovery of evidence for commercial, civil and criminal investigations. Mr Moody has provided assistance to a wide range of plaintiff and defense attorneys, business and governmental agencies. He has served as an expert witness in both criminal and civil matters in both state and federal court in the US, and undertakes expert witness work in the UK and throughout Europe.
