Dr Gary Hartnoll

I was a Consultant Neonatologist from 1999 to the end of 2019 when I retired from my NHS clinical duties. As a consultant neonatologist I worked in tertiary level neonatal units covering both medical and surgical conditions.

As well as being a full-time clinician I have also held positions at director level in my Trust and as director for my unit and board positions for the operational delivery network for neonatology in NW London. I am a Course Director for the European Resuscitation Council Newborn Life Support course and continue to teach on those courses. I also continue to teach neonatology and newborn life support in Vietnam.

My clinical practice covered all areas of neonatal medicine, including the medical care of babies with surgical problems and premature infants.
