Mr Geoff Pye

Mr Geoffrey Pye was a Consultant Consultant General & Colorectal Surgeon at Weston General Hospital, Weston super Mare from 1994 to 2021 when he ceased regular clinical activities. He was Trust Lead for all Cancer Services from 2013 - 2021, having previously held postions as Medical Director, ASWCS Cancer Network from 2007 – 2013 and, Trust Lead for Colorectal Cancer 1995 - 2005.

Mr Pye has extensive experience and has been involved in medico-legal work over the last fifteen years. He has prepared reports on cases of personal injury and medical negligence in relation to general and colorectal surgery. He undertakes work for both claimants and defendants.

He has also published over 80 peer reviewed papers, abstracts or presentations to Publications, learned medical or surgical societies on surgical aspects of abdominal disease.
