Forensic Director
Laurence has specialised in Forensic Accounting since 2001, dealing with companies and organisations in a wide range of industries.
He has a broad range of forensic experience, including fraud investigations, shareholder and contractual disputes, breach of warranty claims and loss of profit claims.
His specialist expertise is in pre and post transaction advice, including providing advice to solicitors and clients on the drafting of Sale and Purchase Agreements, Completion and Earn Out Accounts disputes and Expert Determinations.
Along with Sat Plaha, Laurence leads the Forensic Transaction Services stream for BDO on a national basis.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an Associate Certified Fraud Examiner, and an ICAEW Accredited Forensic Accountant.
