Joseph has over 25 years experience in the construction sector. He has specialized in residential and mixed-use projects, and in particular has experience of a number of landmark tall residential buildings in London. Whilst at Davis Langdon, Joseph headed up the Private Residential Specialist Sector in London, and was a regional representative on the national steering group. Joseph is a published author of an on prime Central London residential developments. Since 2013 he has been a partner at Core Five, an awarding consultancy with offices based in London and Birmingham.
Joseph has significant expertise in managing costs for clients on major complex, high profile projects in collaboration with international design teams for developers such as Argent, Berkeley Homes, Chelsfield, Hutchison Whampoa, Land Securities, Native Land, St James and St George plc. He has completed the RICS Diploma in Arbitration and is in the final year of the MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King's College London.
He has experience of reviewing and commenting on quantum claims within adjudication proceedings (up to value c £40m)and providing expert witness reports.
