Dr Sidi Rashid is a Consultant Vascular & Interventional Radiologist at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust (WAHT).
With over a decade of experience in image-guided surgery, he is a highly skilled and experienced NHS Consultant. Committed to education and professional development, actively participating in workshops and conferences. Excellent communication and teaching skills, contributing as a faculty member in various medical education programs.
He has over 15 years of Radiology experience, with a well-rounded background in general adult ultrasound, Neuro-Vascular and Body CT/MRI, and Emergency Radiology, interpreting over 1200 cross-sectional studies annually.
With extensive expertise in complex procedures like peripheral angioplasty/stenting, varicocele embolization, visceral artery aneurysm management, EVAR/PEVAR, central venous access (Hickman lines, PICCs), IVC filter insertion and retrieval, SVC and ileo-femoral venous stenting, nephrostomies, antegrade ureteric stenting, and ultrasound-guided drainages. His experience at the UK's 10th largest aortic and peripheral vascular centre has further solidified his proficiency in these areas.
