Dr Damien Cullington is a Consultant Adult Congenital Cardiologist. He qualified in 2002 from the University of Liverpool and became a substantive consultant in 2016 at Leeds General Infirmary. He was awarded a doctorate in medicine (MD) from the University of Hull in 2013 for his work in heart rate in patients with heart failure.
Dr Cullington is a specialist in the treatment of patients with adult congenital heart disease, women with cardiac problems in pregnancy and patients with heart failure. His NHS practice spans Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, Manchester Royal Infirmary, St Mary’s Hospital, Manchester and Liverpool Women’s hospital. He is the adult congenital heart disease clinical lead and the network co-director of congenital heart disease services in the North West of England, North Wales and the Isle of Man.
He is the lead medical examiner for Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital.

Dr Cullington is a PACES examiner for the Royal College of Physicians, London.
