Ken Roberts is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and fire investigator with independent forensic consultants Aurora Insight. Formerly with Geoffrey Hunt & Partners, Ken has more than decade of experience investigating fires, floods, explosions, electrical incidents and engineering issues for the legal profession, loss adjusters and insurance companies in the UK and Ireland.
Investigations are conducted impartially and with integrity, working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that they are provided with suitably focused and timely advice in a form that meets their requirements. Experienced in the preparation of Civil Procedure Rules compliant Expert Reports for use in legal proceedings, Ken brings clarity to complex technical matters, helping clients identify the key issues and assess the prospects for recovery, including litigation risk. This includes independent review of reports and evaluating the merits of third-party technical arguments.
